Google Question Hub is yet another secret weapon for SEO marketers, developed by Google to help marketers who may be stuck searching for fresh ideas to write SEO content, or who may be starting to feel like they have run out of ways to create new content that helps answer the questions of internet users on Google Search.
If you have never heard before that Google has a feature like this, it is not surprising at all, because right now Google Question Hub has not yet been released for use worldwide. Even so, Relevant Audience would like to take everyone on a tour to get to know it in advance, so that on the day Google Question Hub becomes available in Thailand, anyone who knows about it first will be able to use it before anyone else. If you are ready, let's dive into the details of this feature.
Getting to Know Google Question Hub
Google Question Hub is a feature that is like a treasure trove for SEO content creators who primarily need to write content that connects with the insights of Google Search users, because this feature acts like a data bank that can be used to search for fresh ideas to apply and make your content even more complete, by taking advantage of "questions that have not yet been answered." Put simply, this feature serves to gather various interesting questions that have not yet been answered, so that you can apply them to your content writing and align it more closely with people's insights.
Basic How-To Guide
First of all, we should let you know that right now Google Question Hub is still available only to users in these 4 countries, namely:
- United States
- India
- Indonesia
- Nigeria
Step One
Go to https://questionhub.withgoogle.com/ and click Launch Google Question Hub in the top-right corner. Log in using an account that has a domain verified on Google Search Console, then set the language and country correctly.
Step Two
Click Add Questions to begin searching for the Idea Topic you want. A window will appear showing a list of various topics as well as interesting keywords, ranging from arts and entertainment, vehicles, finance, games, health, home and garden, and so on.
Or, if you want to browse interesting question topics, you can take a look and click Follow Topics that you may be interested in, in case new questions arise in the future.
Or, for anyone who may already have a keyword in mind, you can try searching to see whether there are any new angles or ideas for the questions around that keyword as well.
All questions are limited so that users can view up to 2,000 questions per day, with a reset every 24 hours.
Reporting an Answer to a Question
If you find that your website or blog can already answer a particular question, or that you can create and publish content to answer it, you can submit the URL to Google to notify Google right away. However, confirming to Google that this website can answer a question does not mean it will directly affect your website's SEO ranking in any way; it is merely one contributing factor in creating content that is useful to Google Search users.
Final Thoughts
Anyone who is currently doing SEO probably feels pretty wowed, right? It is extremely well suited for bloggers who constantly need to search for fresh ideas. Having a tool that helps us find new Topics is another great little helper. We hope Google Question Hub will open up for use in Thailand soon. If there are any further details, Relevant Audience promises to update you right away.
