Why Companies in Bangkok Move Their Google Ads Account to Us

Automated campaign operations, a senior strategist on every account, and reporting built around cost per lead rather than impressions.

The Account Is Worked On Daily, Not Reviewed Monthly

The Account Is Worked On Daily, Not Reviewed Monthly

Most underperforming Google Ads accounts in Bangkok are not badly built. They are badly maintained. Search terms drift toward queries nobody wants to pay for, budget sits in campaigns that stopped converting two months ago, a disapproved ad quietly takes an ad group offline, and none of it surfaces until the monthly report. We run that maintenance through automation that inspects accounts on a schedule instead of when someone remembers, and a senior strategist approves every change it proposes.

Ads Written for Both Halves of the Thai Market

Thailand runs two advertising markets on one platform. Thai-language searches are short, colloquial and overwhelmingly mobile, while the English queries that reach regional decision-makers are longer and more formal. Copy translated from one into the other loses the phrasing that earns the click, and a keyword list built by translation spends money on terms nobody types. Our Thai and English campaigns are written and measured separately, so you can see which half of the market is paying you back.

What Our Google Ads Agency in Bangkok Manages

Five workstreams run as one account plan against your cost per lead or return on ad spend.

Google Search and Performance Max icon

Google Search and Performance Max

Search campaigns built on intent-mapped keyword groups, plus Performance Max where the catalogue and conversion data justify it, with asset groups, search themes and audience signals actively managed.

Meta, LINE and TikTok Ads icon

Meta, LINE and TikTok Ads

Paid social run alongside search, so demand created on Facebook, Instagram, LINE or TikTok is captured by your search and remarketing campaigns instead of leaking to whoever bids on your brand name.

Landing Pages and Conversion Work

Traffic is half the job. We review the page each click lands on, test offer, form and layout, and build dedicated landing pages when the existing page was never designed to convert paid traffic.

Conversion tracking, Google Analytics 4 and server-side tagging configured so your numbers survive consent settings, ad blockers and iOS restrictions. A bidding algorithm is only as good as its signal.

Click fraud protection, placement and search term exclusions, and a live dashboard showing spend, leads, cost per lead and return on ad spend, plus a monthly session on what changed and what is next.

What Is Broken in Bangkok PPC

Ask a marketing manager in Bangkok why they are changing agency and the same answers come back. The account went to a junior media buyer carrying a dozen others. The reporting shows impressions, clicks and a chart that goes up, but never the cost of a qualified lead. The fee is a percentage of media spend, which rewards the agency for spending more of the budget rather than less.

Underneath sits the problem that costs most: measurement nobody has checked. Consent banners, ad blockers and browser tracking restrictions break conversion tags with no visible error, so the account keeps optimising toward whatever it can still see, and the monthly report describes performance against a number that stopped being true.

Such an account looks busy and buys the wrong traffic. Search terms wander into research queries and job seekers, budget concentrates where nothing forces a review, and brand searches you would have won for free absorb spend that should be opening new demand. We start with a free audit that puts numbers on the waste before anyone talks strategy.

Our System: Automated Campaign Operations With Senior Strategists on Top

We manage Google Ads with an automation layer that does the repetitive inspection work and a senior strategist who decides what to do about it. The automation connects through the Google Ads API on a schedule: search term reviews that flag queries burning budget without converting, negative keyword sweeps, budget pacing against the monthly cap, not just the daily one, bidding and learning-phase health, disapproved ads, and alerts when spend or conversions drift outside their normal range.

What it never does is push a change on its own. Every recommendation arrives as a proposal with the evidence attached, a strategist approves, edits or rejects it, and applied changes are logged so you can read what happened and why. Machines check a hundred things a week without getting bored; people know that a low-volume keyword is worth keeping because it brings the enquiries your sales team closes. The difference is how fast problems are caught. A broken conversion tag, a campaign that ate its month in nine days, or a competitor doubling your cost per click are all things a monthly review finds four weeks late. It is the same discipline we apply on the SEO side of the agency.

What We Run: Search, Performance Max, Paid Social and the Pages They Land On

Most Bangkok accounts do not need every channel. They need the two or three that match how their buyers decide, funded properly instead of spread thin. The audit sets that mix and revisits it when the data changes.

Search buys existing demand, so it usually carries the largest share of budget and the tightest structure. Performance Max earns its place when there is a catalogue or enough conversion history for the automation to work with, managed through asset groups, search themes and audience signals, never left on defaults. Retailers add Google Shopping; long consideration cycles add remarketing.

Paid social sits alongside search rather than competing with it. Facebook and Instagram ads create demand that search then captures, LINE Ads reach an audience that spends much of the day inside the app, and display advertising covers upper-funnel reach at Thailand's low cost per thousand impressions. Each click still has to land somewhere that converts, so landing page design is part of the engagement, not a project you commission afterwards.

Google Ads Pricing in Bangkok: The Ranges We Publish

Agency pricing in Bangkok is usually a contact form. Ours is on the service pages, and the table below gathers every paid-media range published across this site so you can size a budget before the first meeting.

Two numbers make up the monthly cost. The media budget goes to Google, Meta or LINE and is billed at cost with nothing added by us. The management fee is ours, quoted per account after the free audit and charged as a fixed monthly amount rather than a share of spend. Where you land depends on how many campaigns and languages the account runs, whether paid social and landing page work are included, and how competitive your category is in the auction.

One row is deliberately open. We publish no single Google Ads management fee, because an account running one Thai search campaign and an account running search, Performance Max, Meta and LINE across two languages are different amounts of work. The published retainers below put the realistic range in front of you before we quote.

Measurement: Tracking That Survives Consent, iOS and Ad Blockers

Bidding automation is a function of the conversion data you give it, so measurement is the first thing we fix. That starts with agreeing what a conversion is: a form submission and a qualified sales opportunity are not the same event, and an account optimising toward the first will buy more of the wrong enquiries.

From there the work is technical. Conversion actions get one primary goal per objective instead of a dozen competing ones, Google Analytics 4 is aligned with the ads account so both tell the same story, and server-side tracking recovers conversions that browser-side tags lose to consent choices and iOS restrictions. Where the sale closes offline, we import that outcome back so bidding optimises toward revenue instead of form fills.

The last piece is spend that never had a chance of converting. Click fraud protection blocks repeat offenders and bot traffic, and placement and search term exclusions keep budget out of mobile games and irrelevant queries. If a growing share of your category's searches now ends in an AI answer, AI search optimisation belongs in the same conversation, because a click you never receive cannot be bid on.

Getting Started With a Free Google Ads Audit

  1. 1

Relevant Audience is a digital performance marketing agency with offices in Thailand, Singapore and Australia. Bangkok accounts here are usually international companies selling into Thailand that need Thai campaigns reported to a head office in English, or Thai companies expanding regionally that need the reverse. Both get one senior strategist owning the account and reporting that reads the same in either time zone.

  2. 2

The first step is an audit of the account you already have: structure, wasted spend in the search terms report, tracking accuracy, bidding strategy fit, and how much budget buys brand traffic you would have won anyway. You keep the findings whether or not you work with us, and we would rather say that THB 15,000 a month will not move a competitive category than take the retainer.

  3. 3

Then you get a written scope, a fixed monthly fee and a named strategist, with most accounts live inside two weeks. Paid media sits beside the search programme, so what we learn from the terms people pay to compete on feeds our Thailand-wide SEO services. If you are still building a shortlist, our comparison of SEO agencies in Bangkok covers what to ask before signing.

Google Ads in Bangkok: Frequently Asked Questions

Budgets, fees, timelines, and the parts of PPC nobody puts in a proposal.

Your cost has two parts: the media budget you pay Google and the management fee you pay the agency. Many Thai businesses start with a media budget of around THB 20,000 to 50,000 or more per month, the range published on our Google Ads service page. Management is quoted per account after a free audit, based on how many campaigns, languages and markets it covers. Published retainers on neighbouring channels give you the scale: Meta Ads management runs THB 15,000 to 50,000 per month and full lead generation programs THB 30,000 to 80,000.

For a competitive Bangkok category, plan on at least THB 20,000 per month in media. Below that a search campaign collects too few clicks for anyone, human or algorithm, to learn which keywords deserve the money, and the account lives in a permanent testing phase. Paid social has a similar floor: we publish a minimum of THB 20,000 to 30,000 per month on Meta so delivery can leave its learning phase. A smaller budget works only if it is pointed at one city, one service and one clear conversion.

In-house wins when you have one market, one language and someone whose actual job is the account rather than a task added to a marketing manager's week. An agency wins when the account spans Thai and English campaigns and several platforms and needs daily attention. The honest failure mode of hiring an agency is being handed to a junior buyer with fifteen other accounts, so ask who touches your account each week.

Search campaigns can produce enquiries in the first week, because you are buying existing demand rather than building it. The number that matters takes longer. Expect the first 30 days to be data collection and elimination of waste, cost per lead to settle between days 30 and 60, and a reliable read on return on ad spend by day 90. Accounts with broken conversion tracking start slower, because optimisation has nothing accurate to aim at.

Yes, and we treat them as two campaigns rather than one campaign translated twice. Thai keyword research starts from Thai search data and Thai ad copy is written by Thai speakers, while the English campaigns are written for the regional decision-maker comparing suppliers. The two run on separate budgets and reporting lines, so a strong result in one language cannot disguise a weak one in the other.

Our default is a fixed monthly management fee agreed before the work starts, so growing your budget is a decision you make rather than an automatic pay rise for us. On very large accounts a percentage of spend is sometimes the simpler structure and we will say so during scoping. Either way the fee is agreed in writing up front, and media budgets go to Google, Meta or LINE directly rather than through us.
