In October 2026, the cheapest paid plan of six email marketing platforms used in Thailand cost a median of 420 baht a month for a list of 500 contacts, 975 baht for 2,500 contacts and 2,416 baht for 10,000 contacts. The figures are the regular monthly list prices that Zoho Campaigns, Brevo, MailerLite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo and Taximail showed on their own pricing pages on 13 October 2026, converted at 33.615 baht to the US dollar.

This page is a dated price snapshot. If you want to understand what drives the total cost of an email programme (labour, setup, list hygiene), read the companion guide Email Marketing Pricing: What Actually Drives the Cost. This page answers a narrower question: what the software subscription itself costs a Thai business today, at three common list sizes. These email marketing software prices will be updated on this page every six months.

Email marketing software prices in Thailand at a glance

The table shows the median, lowest and highest monthly price of the cheapest paid plan across the six platforms, for each list size. Each scenario assumes four campaigns a month to every contact.

The next plan up on each platform, which usually adds automation, A/B testing or more users, had a median of 661 baht a month at 500 contacts, 1,647 baht at 2,500 contacts and 3,664 baht at 10,000 contacts.

Cheapest and most expensive rows

  • Cheapest at 500 and 2,500 contacts: Zoho Campaigns Standard, at US$4 (134 baht) and US$17 (571 baht) a month, with no monthly email cap on the paid plan.
  • Cheapest at 10,000 contacts: Brevo Starter at US$46 (1,546 baht) for 40,000 emails a month. Brevo charges by emails sent rather than by contacts, so it gets relatively cheaper as a list grows.
  • Most expensive at every size: Klaviyo's Email plan at US$20, US$60 and US$150 a month (672, 2,017 and 5,042 baht). Klaviyo is built around online-store data, and its price reflects that focus.
  • The Thai-baht option: Taximail, a Thai platform that prices in baht, moved from fifth-cheapest at 500 contacts (470 baht) to second-cheapest at 2,500 contacts (660 baht) and third at 10,000 contacts (1,840 baht).
  • Spread: the most expensive entry plan cost 5 times the cheapest at 500 contacts, 3.5 times at 2,500 and 3.3 times at 10,000.

How the figures were collected

  1. Platforms. Six email platforms that Thai businesses commonly use or that serve Thai customers: five international tools (Zoho Campaigns, Brevo, MailerLite, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and one Thai tool (Taximail). The sample is a convenience sample, not a market-share ranking.
  2. Source. Each vendor's own public pricing page, read on 13 October 2026 in a browser session located in Thailand, so the page showed what a Thai visitor sees. No reseller, review site or agency price list was used.
  3. Scenarios. Three list sizes: 500, 2,500 and 10,000 contacts. For each, the sending volume was set at four campaigns a month to every contact, which gives 2,000, 10,000 and 40,000 emails a month.
  4. Plan rule. The "entry plan" is the cheapest paid plan that can hold the list and allows at least four sends per contact a month. The "next plan" is the vendor's next tier up. Free plans are listed separately below.
  5. Price used. The regular monthly price with monthly billing, before VAT or local taxes. Introductory discounts (Mailchimp's 50% off for 12 months, Klaviyo's US$19 off the first month) were recorded but not used.
  6. Tier mapping. Where a vendor sells contact brackets, the bracket that contains the scenario was used (for example Mailchimp's 1,501 to 2,500 contacts bracket). Where the smallest paid tier is larger than the scenario, that smallest tier was used (Taximail starts at 2,000 contacts).
  7. Currency. Five vendors priced in US dollars. Those prices were converted at 33.615 baht per dollar, the European Central Bank reference rate for 12 October 2026, and rounded to the nearest baht. Taximail priced in baht, so no conversion was needed.
  8. Statistic. The median across the six platforms. With six values, the median is the average of the third and fourth values, which is why the 2,500-contact median (974.5 baht) is shown rounded as 975 baht.

Free plans, as stated on the same pricing pages:

MailchimpUp to 250 contacts and 500 sends a month
KlaviyoUp to 250 active profiles and 500 emails a month
BrevoUp to 300 emails a day

Notes on individual rows. Brevo's three smallest volume tiers (5,000, 10,000 and 15,000 emails a month) also cap stored contacts at 500, 1,500 and 2,500, so the 2,500-contact scenario uses its 15,000-email tier. Mailchimp's Essentials plan allows monthly sends of up to 10 times the contact count. MailerLite's Comfort and Klaviyo's Email plans include 5,000, 25,000 and 100,000 emails a month at the three list sizes. Zoho Campaigns and MailerLite state on their pricing pages that taxes are added to the listed prices.

What these numbers can and cannot tell you

  • They are list prices, not what anyone actually paid. Annual billing lowers the monthly figure (by 25% on Zoho Campaigns and 10% on MailerLite and Brevo), and introductory offers can halve the first year. A business that pays yearly or catches a promotion will pay less than these figures.
  • Tax is excluded. Thai VAT generally applies to foreign digital services, and Zoho Campaigns and MailerLite say on their pricing pages that taxes come on top of the listed price. Budget for that on top.
  • "Contact" means different things. Mailchimp and MailerLite count stored contacts, Klaviyo counts active profiles, Taximail counts unique recipients mailed in 30 days and Brevo counts emails sent. The same list can land in different tiers on different tools.
  • Features differ. A cheap entry plan on one tool can lack automation that another tool includes at the same price. This page compares the price of getting a list mailed, not feature value.
  • The sample is small. Six platforms do not cover every tool sold in Thailand, and a median of six values moves if one vendor changes price.
  • Software is usually the smaller cost. Content, design, list cleaning and reporting time typically cost more than the subscription. These figures cover only the subscription line.

What this means for businesses in Thailand (analysis)

The analysis below is an interpretation of the price data above, not additional data.

Small lists can often run on a free plan. At 500 contacts and four sends a month (2,000 emails), both Zoho Campaigns and Taximail fit inside their free plans. That makes the 420-baht median a ceiling for a small list rather than a floor. The usual reasons to pay at this size are removing the vendor's logo, getting phone or chat support, or adding automation.

Price per contact falls as the list grows. The median entry plan works out to 0.84 baht per contact a month at 500 contacts, 0.39 baht at 2,500 and 0.24 baht at 10,000. Growing the list is cheaper per head than the jump in the monthly bill suggests.

A year of software is a modest budget line. At the median, a year of the entry plan comes to 5,040 baht for 500 contacts, 11,694 baht for 2,500 contacts (12 times the 974.5-baht median of the rounded baht prices, before that median is rounded to 975) and 28,992 baht for 10,000 contacts, before tax. For most Thai SMEs, the larger cost decision is who writes and maintains the emails.

Paying in baht has practical value. Taximail was the only platform in the sample that priced in baht, which removes exchange-rate swings and foreign card charges. Its price was competitive at 2,500 and 10,000 contacts, though not at 500, where its smallest paid tier (2,000 recipients) is larger than the list.

Send-based pricing suits large lists mailed rarely. Brevo was the cheapest tool at 10,000 contacts because it charges by emails sent. A business with a large but rarely mailed customer base pays for the sends it makes, not for every stored record. A business that mails a small list often may find contact-based pricing cheaper.

Ecommerce tools cost more for a reason. Klaviyo was the most expensive entry plan at every size. Its pricing assumes the store data it pulls in (browsing, carts, purchases) earns back the cost through automated flows. For a shop with that data, the comparison is revenue per email, not price per contact. For a business without a store, the premium buys little.

FAQ

How much does email marketing software cost in Thailand?

The median cheapest paid plan across six platforms cost 420 baht a month for 500 contacts, 975 baht for 2,500 contacts and 2,416 baht for 10,000 contacts in October 2026, at regular monthly prices before tax. Annual billing and introductory offers can bring the real price lower.

Which email marketing platform was cheapest?

Zoho Campaigns was the cheapest at 500 contacts (134 baht) and 2,500 contacts (571 baht), and Brevo was the cheapest at 10,000 contacts (1,546 baht). Klaviyo was the most expensive at all three list sizes.

Is there a free email marketing platform for a small Thai business?

Yes, several platforms have free plans, and the most generous in this sample were Zoho Campaigns (up to 2,000 contacts and 6,000 emails a month) and Taximail (up to 2,000 recipients and 5,000 emails a month). Free plans usually keep the vendor logo in emails and limit support.

Are these prices in baht or dollars?

Five vendors price in US dollars and one, Taximail, prices in baht. Dollar prices on this page are converted at 33.615 baht per dollar, the European Central Bank reference rate for 12 October 2026, so the baht figure you pay will move with the exchange rate.

How often is this page updated?

Every six months, using the same six platforms, list sizes and plan rule. Any platform added or removed is listed with the reason, and the date at the top of the page shows when the prices were last collected.
