Official Notice from Relevant Audience

We have been made aware that individuals unaffiliated with Relevant Audience are sending fraudulent emails and messages that impersonate our company. These messages may offer fake job opportunities, request payments, or ask for personal and financial information while using our name, logo, or the names of our team members.

These communications do not come from us. This page explains how to recognise official contact from Relevant Audience and what to do if you receive a suspicious message.

How to Verify a Genuine Message from Us

Received a Suspicious Message?

If you are unsure whether a message genuinely came from us, do not reply, click links, or download attachments. Contact us directly at our contact page or email info@relevantaudience.com with a copy of the message, and we will confirm quickly whether it is genuine.

If you have already shared financial information with a suspected scammer, contact your bank immediately and report the incident to the Thailand Online Scam Report platform or your local police cybercrime unit.

Our Commitment

We take impersonation seriously and report fraudulent accounts and domains to the relevant platforms and authorities. Thank you for helping us keep our community safe — genuine opportunities with our team are always announced on our job openings page.
